Chef Roberto Ruiz, from the Michelin-starred Mexican restaurant in Madrid Punto MX, offers the recipe for one of the best guacamole that you’ll ever make.
Though it’s the conventional Mexican recipe, it has some attention-grabbing twists that positively improve its style.
- 2 Avocados rape
- 1/2 Crimson Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 small Jalapeño minced
- 1/4 cup Coriander (contemporary) chopped
- 2 Limes Juice
- 1 medium Pomegrande deseeded
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 tsp Peanuts grated
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1. Reduce the avocados into medium items and place them in a mortar ((you probably have the Mexican molcajete, even higher).2.
